Order Processing, Cancellations, and Payment

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped based on availability.

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@creekfish.shop. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation, as the order may have already been processed and shipped.
• Payments are securely processed via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or PayPal.

Shipping, Handling, and Taxes

We strive to get your fishing gear to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address. We ship to all 50 states within the U.S. and offer affordable international shipping options.

Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

All products come with a 90-day warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
• To return an item, please contact our customer support team at contact@creekfish.shop for a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you prefer an exchange, you may select a replacement product of equal value.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CREEK FISH is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profit, or business.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes that arise out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, located in Duval County, Florida.
